CAC has been in business since 1984. For many years, CAC had provided its contract repair services exclusively to GE (General Electric) and their customers In 1996,  GE endorsed and agreed that CAC should begin offering its services and service contracts directly to the general public, instead of only to GE. That formal announcement finally came in 1997 (article by The Sun Sentinel).

We are now servicing Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties. We are fully licensed by the State of Florida Department of Insurance (license number 80228). All of our technicians, plumbers and installers are trained specialists and employed only by CAC.
